Lutein is located in the retina and, together with Zeaxanthin have a protective effect on  the  eye. Lutein as a scavenger of free radicals neutralizes their destructive effect and protects  our eyes. It can be found  in large quantities in  yellow-colored vegetables (eg carrots), zucchini, spinach and chicken egg yolks.

Omega 3 fatty acids belong to the group of unsaturated fatty acids. In a number of studies, it was  showed that a diet containing these acids reduces the incidence of cardiovascular system diseases. They can be found  in large quantities in salmon oil , cod liver oil ( fish oil ) , with sardines and flaxseed oil.
